DOA Policy

We guarantee live arrival. In the unlikely occurrence that corals arrive DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will need a clear picture within 2 hours of delivery. Email pictures to speedreefercorals75@gmail.com. If coral arrives DOA and is guaranteed, we will issue a credit towards a future order or if we are able, we will send replacement. We do not give refunds.

Guarantee is void for the following reasons: you refuse delivery, no one is available to receive the package, or delay in delivery due to fault of shipping company and not vendor.
